Job summary

Cofidential is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Dubai to drive sales across a growing multi-country retail network. You will lead regional sales, manage senior store leaders, and elevate the customer experience in luxury stores.

The role requires 10+ years of retail sales experience, including multi-country leadership, with a track record in perfume, beauty, or premium retail. You will own P&L and work with Marketing, Merchandising, and HR to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail sales, including 5+ years in a multi-country leadership role.
• Experience in perfumes, luxury, or premium retail.
• Proven record of growing sales and leading large multicultural teams.
• Strong P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Data-driven with solid retail KPI understanding.
• Knowledge of Arabian fragrance traditions and regional consumer culture.

Responsibilities

• Own regional retail sales targets, P&L and growth plans across multiple markets
• Lead, coach and build high-performing teams of country managers, area managers, store managers and sales staff
• Drive store KPIs: sales, conversion, average transaction value, UPT, like-for-like growth and staff productivity
• Build seasonal sales plans for Ramadan, Eid, national holidays, major sale events and wedding season
• Deliver a consistent luxury customer experience and clienteling standards in every store
• Work with Marketing on promotions, product launches and loyalty programmes
• Work with Merchandising and Supply Chain on stock availability, assortment and visual merchandising
• Work with HR on incentive schemes, sales training, performance management and succession planning
• Identify and evaluate new store openings, relocations and underperforming locations
• Report sales performance and market insights to senior management
