Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Key Clients (Sales) to drive revenue growth and manage strategic customer relationships in shipping and logistics. You will lead key accounts, develop business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The successful candidate will have 5–8 years in sales/key accounts within logistics, strong negotiation skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5–8 years of experience in sales/key account management within shipping/logistics.
Strong ability to manage strategic accounts and develop relationships with corporate customers.
Good understanding of container shipping operations and freight markets.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with assigned key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
Act as primary contact for key accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
Understand customers' shipping requirements, routes, volumes and priorities.
Conduct client meetings and reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
Develop account plans to strengthen relationships and increase share of business.
Prepare commercial proposals, rate agreements and presentations with relevant teams.
