Job summary

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our UAE retail relationships. The role focuses on power retailers and major chains, driving sales, promotions, and optimized product availability across the region.

The candidate will develop account plans, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and sustained market share growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing UAE retail / power retail accounts.
• Strong relationships with major retailers and key buyers.
• Experience in consumer electronics, IT, FMCG, mobile, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with retail accounts and power retailers across the UAE.
• Handle key accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax, Amazon, Noon, and other major retail chains.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, distribution, and market share across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, promotions, pricing, and sell-out strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, visibility, and annual business plans with retail partners.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, forecasts, and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth account operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key retail decision-makers.
