Job summary

SANIPEX GROUP in Dubai is seeking a proactive Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional showroom experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments and events.

This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with proactive client engagement and support for marketing initiatives and loyalty programs. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential in our dynamic showroom environment.

About The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional showroom experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations, create memorable experiences, and ensure every client feels valued and well looked after.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with proactive client engagement and administrative support. You will assist clients throughout the showroom, ensure seamless coordination of appointments and events, gather and relay client feedback, and support marketing initiatives and loyalty programs. You will manage reception duties, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating meeting room bookings, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages and supporting overall client experience.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent internal networking and relationship-building abilities to ensure smooth coordination of events and promotions, and proficiency in computer applications. They should demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills, be a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly, and have a customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for service excellence. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment are also essential.
