Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, or Microsoft Azure.
• Willingness to learn enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and availability of servers and infrastructure systems.
• Perform routine server health checks and report issues to senior engineers.
• Assist with user account administration in Active Directory.
• Support routine operating system patching and updates.
• Assist with server builds, deployments, and basic configuration tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers.
• Support backup operations and verify backup completion.
• Update technical documentation and operational records.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or managed service providers.
• Assist in reviewing Azure alerts and reporting issues.
