Job summary

ESS AE Holding in Dubai is seeking a proactive IT System Administrator / Technical Support Specialist to manage our local network, domain administration, and server infrastructure. You will ensure data security and provide reliable technical assistance to staff.

Responsibilities include server and network management, AD/Azure AD user accounts, VPNs for remote access, device deployment, software licensing, and routine backups.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain local server and network infrastructure.
• Provide end-user IT support and helpdesk assistance.
• Deploy and manage workstations and peripherals for staff.
• Implement security patches, backups, and asset tracking.
