Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned IT professional to lead system administration and technical support. You will manage M365 services, Azure infrastructure, and identity controls, ensuring secure, reliable operations for business-critical applications.

The role requires 4-6+ years of experience, strong Windows Server/AD fundamentals, and ITIL awareness. Arabic/English bilingualism is preferred to communicate with a diverse user base in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4-6+ years in system administration and technical support.
• Hands-on M365 admin experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Hands-on Azure administration (IaaS, networking, identity/RBAC).
• Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent ITSM tool.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals.
• ITIL working knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
• Bilingual English/Arabic preferred.
