Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Junior Sommelier in Abu Dhabi to oversee the outlet's bar operations and support bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will serve wine and beverages with professional technique, while expanding knowledge of our wine list, regions, and producers.

Responsibilities include assisting with wine inventory, stock rotation, cellar upkeep, and participating in tastings and training to stay current with trends and producers.

The Junior Sommelier oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience. He/She ensures the smooth running of the bar. He/She should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons.
