Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Junior Sommelier in Abu Dhabi to oversee the outlet's bar operations and support bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will serve wine and beverages with professional technique, while expanding knowledge of our wine list, regions, and producers.

Responsibilities include assisting with wine inventory, stock rotation, cellar upkeep, and participating in tastings and training to stay current with trends and producers.

Formación

• Knowledge of wine regions, vintages, varietals and producers.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Experience in bar operations and beverage service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the outlet's bar operations and support bartenders to ensure top guest experience.
• Provide wine recommendations and pairings based on guests and menu choices.
• Serve wine and beverages professionally with proper service techniques.
• Assist with wine inventory, stock rotation and cellar organization.
• Lead regular wine tastings and training sessions and maintain cellar cleanliness.
