Responsibilities

• Serve wine and beverages professionally to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the wine list and producers.
• Assist with wine inventory, stock rotation and cellar organization.
• Participate in regular wine tastings and training sessions.
• Manage cocktail menu across outlets and track recipes.
• Implement cost control practices for beverages.
• Open and close bar operations and oversee glassware handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of bar areas and service spaces.
