Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate Salonist to potential customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
• Support negotiations and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clear next actions for every active sales opportunity.
• Follow up with trial users and help move them toward paid subscriptions.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams after closing.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements, objections, competitors, and market trends.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experiencein sales, business development, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in online meetings.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Target-driven and willing to work in a performance-focused sales environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS products is an advantage.
• UAE market experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
