Job summary

Smiths Detection Group in Dubai is seeking a Junior Sales Manager on a 2-year contract to drive sales of security screening systems across targeted verticals. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposals, coordinating with Programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires market insight, strategic planning, and strong communication. Travel up to 50% of each month and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development selling technology products/solutions.
• Experience selling homeland security-related systems preferred.
• Fluent Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close new business with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quota for the territory.
• Create a sales plan for the assigned market vertical and update it annually.
• Proactively understand the market and drive strategic inputs with the Senior Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting in SAP and manage customer relationships.
• Travel around 50% of the month and work with multiple departments for project delivery.
