We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team focusing on the Africa and GCC markets The successful candidate will initially work closely with and assist the Sales Manager receiving hands-on training and guidance in sales business development client communication and market development As the candidate gains experience knowledge and confidence the role will progressively develop into an independent Sales Executive position managing clients and sales opportunities directly

• Female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodstuff/FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Advanced French language skills are required; fluency in English is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with clients across Africa and/or GCC markets is an advantage.
• Proactive, confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training on the company's products, sales processes, and target markets.
• Willing to initially work closely with and assist the Sales Manager, with the ability and ambition to gradually develop into an independent Sales Executive.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and customer follow-ups.
• Willingness to travel and communicate with international clients when required.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales.
