Job summary

BlueDynamics in El-Ain is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of sales representatives with training and support.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales management, a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. This role requires travel and offers visa sponsorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
