Job summary

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven customer-relations track record.
• Existing UAE Oil & Gas network and familiarity with RFQs and tenders.

Position Summary

Golden Harbour is seeking a dynamic, technically oriented, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to develop sales of instrumentation tubes, tube fittings, and related hydraulic/instrumentation products. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct customer site visits, build long-term relationships, prepare commercial proposals, and achieve agreed sales targets.

Role Description

• Develop territory/customer plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify new accounts across EPCs, contractors, end users, and distributors through market visits and networking.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through regular outdoor visits to customer offices, project sites, workshops, and industrial facilities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of instrumentation tubes, double-ferrule compression fittings, and hydraulic products to recommend technical solutions to clients.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming project tenders. Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience in instrumentation tubes, compression fittings, hydraulic products, or Oil & Gas engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong track record in customer relationship building.
• Existing network within UAE Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, marine/offshore sectors, and familiarity with technical RFQs and tenders
