Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai is seeking a Junior Regulatory Specialist to provide basic regulatory support for GCC/Middle East markets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines. The role works under supervision and reports to the Regulatory Manager.

You will handle internal and external inquiries, maintain records, and assist with regulatory projects, contributing to the timely completion of product reviews and documentation. A bachelor’s in a scientific field is required.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills including MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of food chemistry or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with GCC/Middle East regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of regulatory systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customers with compliant formula reviews and documentation.
• Complete customer product and quality questionnaires.
• Maintain and manage request logs in SAP-based regulatory systems.
• Assist with routine regulatory processes and procedures and support product commercialization with commercial teams.
• Assist regulatory specialists and managers with tasks and projects and participate in regulatory projects as needed.
