Job summary

Gulf Processing Industries LLC in Dubai's DIP plant seeks a Quality Executive to safeguard product safety and regulatory compliance across condiments, sauces, spreads, cereals, baking mixes and desserts. You will lead QA activities, manage customer audits, conduct RCA and CAPA, monitor materials and finished goods, and train staff to uphold ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal/Kosher standards.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on continuous improvement, monthly performance reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience handling customer audits, regulatory inspections, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments to ensure smooth QA operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, BRCGS ISO 22000 2018, Halal, Kosher, USFDA and other export-related requirements.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
• Monitor quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process checks, and finished products.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance QA skills and compliance with QA systems.
• Drive continuous improvement to upgrade manufacturing units and ensure food safety compliance.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on departmental performance and key quality metrics to management.
