Job summary

GMG Gulf is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Dubai, UAE, to oversee food quality management and regulatory compliance.

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to food safety standards, managing audits, and leading quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in food manufacturing, knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards, and familiarity with SAP ERP systems.

Competitive salary range of 6000-9000 AED monthly is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality supervision within food manufacturing or food retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits and managing corrective action plans.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP for quality documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quality data and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and review production batches.
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation through SAP ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with temperature control and vehicle integrity standards.
