Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering seeks a seasoned Regulatory and Labeling Specialist to oversee product specifications, regulatory compliance, and labeling across the UAE and GCC. You will manage registrations with SFDA, Dubai Municipality, and other authorities, ensuring accurate specifications and labeling for all products and documentation.

You will lead cross-functional teams to maintain audit readiness, drive labeling efficiency, translate requirements into compliant labels, and support product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology or related field.
• 5–7 years in food processing with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with product specifications and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product specifications, regulatory compliance, registrations and labeling.
• Ensure Arabic translations, artwork verification, and labeling documentation are accurate.
• Coordinate with QA, Vendor Assurance, Procurement, Operations and suppliers on compliance matters.
• Drive the digitalisation of specifications management and software implementation.
• Prepare specifications and labels for audits and address findings.
