Job summary

GIG Gulf in the UAE seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to analyze new and existing regulations affecting Health Line of Business, ensure compliance with Health and Federal rules, and coordinate regulatory queries, complaints, and audits across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining the regulatory framework, liaising with regulators (DHA/DOH/MOHAP/CBUAE), handling licensing, reporting, due diligence, training, and driving a culture of proactive compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; relevant governance/compliance/audit exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new and existing regulations affecting Health Line of Business.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Federal regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory queries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage regulatory complaints, reporting, and audits.
• Document regulatory processes and conduct quality inspections.
