Job summary

Mundipharma International is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for the GCC and Saudi Arabia, based in Dubai. Lead regional teams, oversee regulatory submissions, and align with global strategies.

Strong collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Quality, PV, and Market Access is required. The role focuses on lifecycle management, adherence to local laws, and proactive risk management within a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
• Experience leading regulatory teams or functions.
• Strong knowledge of GCC and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Ability to navigate matrix organisations and global/regional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regulatory Affairs teams across GCC and Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee end-to-end regulatory execution, including new applications and lifecycle maintenance.
• Serve as liaison with Health Authorities and cross-functional partners.
• Identify regulatory risks and drive mitigation and governance.
• Drive process improvements to scale with market complexity.
