Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking a Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for executive search mandates. The role requires coordinating with clients and delivering strong candidate submissions.

This is a full-time onsite position in Dubai, UAE, and candidates who are already in the UAE with immediate joining ability will be prioritized. You will source, screen, and manage candidates while supporting senior consultants on search

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in executive search or white-collar recruitment is a plus.
• Candidate must be based in UAE and able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates per client requirements.
• Understand job briefs and mandate expectations; coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Assist senior consultants in executive search assignments and provide reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and market dynamics to refine search strategies.
