Job summary

D&A Consult in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Quantity Surveyor for a contract role to handle Pre and Post Contracting Services, tender documents, BOQ, estimates, tender evaluation, and final accounts on-site in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, UAE consulting experience, and familiarity with POMI.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Services.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation/assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting in the UAE is desirable.
• Familiar with POMI.
• Must have operational knowledge about the building process, especially villas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, BOQ, estimates, and tender evaluation.
• Assess payment applications and variations; prepare final accounts.
• On-site role in Dubai, UAE; coordinate with clients and contractors.
