Job summary

D&A Consult in Dubai is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for a contract role. You will handle both pre- and post-contract services, prepare BOQ, estimates, and evaluate tenders while assessing payment applications.

The role requires on-site work in Dubai and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, plus a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; experience in UAE consultancy is desirable and familiarity with POMI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre and post contract services.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience consulting in the UAE is desirable.
• Familiar with POMI.
• Knowledge of building processes, especially villas.
