Job summary

Zooma Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a Junior Property Coordinator to manage day-to-day rental administration across our portfolio, including Ejari registrations, tenancy contracts, rent collection, and tenant coordination.

This hands-on role covers multiple units with regular site visits and independent travel between properties. You will maintain accurate records, liaise with landlords, and support senior property management in reporting and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property administration, leasing, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Ejari and UAE tenancy contract processes.
• Comfortable conducting solo site visits and property walkthroughs, including varied hours.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / basic admin software.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collection and follow-up across multiple units.
• Prepare, process, and renew tenancy contracts and Ejari registrations.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections in person.
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords on contract terms, renewals, and issues.
• Travel independently between properties across Dubai for inspections and handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and unit status.
• Liaise with maintenance teams to report and follow up on unit issues.
• Support senior property management staff with reporting and admin tasks.
