Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Property Administration Assistant to support day-to-day operations of property management and rental processes, including registrations, tenancy renewals, and document control.

You will coordinate with developers, regulatory authorities, landlords and tenants, manage payments, prepare reports, and ensure lease compliance while maintaining accurate records and delivering reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administrative operations of property management and rental processes.
• Handle Oqood portal registrations, including off-plan unit registrations, property sales updates, and ownership transfers.
• Prepare and manage Ejari registrations and tenancy contract renewals.
• Coordinate with developers, DLD, and other regulatory authorities for title deed issuance, NOCs, and ownership verification.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all property transactions and tenant files.
• Follow up on payments, tenancy renewals, and rental collections with clients.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and inspections, and handle communications with landlords and tenants.
• Prepare monthly reports and updates on tenancy status, renewals, and document tracking.
• Handle communication and updates with landlords regarding property performance and issues.
• Manage tenant-related matters, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to lease agreements.
• Collaborate with accounts to ensure accurate rent collection, invoicing, and financial records.
