Job summary

Astra Tech Group is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to support remittance products and services. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to improve the customer experience across domestic and international transfers.

You will develop customer discovery, help define roadmaps, and contribute to feature delivery while gaining a strong understanding of remittance ecosystems, regulatory requirements, and payment technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Payments, FinTech, Banking, or a related role.
• Exposure to remittance, payments, digital wallets, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience working within Agile product teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer value through interviews and feedback to identify needs and pain points throughout the remittance journey.
• Define product direction by supporting prioritization and documenting requirements and specs.
• Deliver remittance features end-to-end and maintain the product backlog with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring while tracking feature performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk and external remittance partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously seek feedback and drive improvements based on data and user insights.
