Job summary

Astra Tech is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to support remittance products and services. You will work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and partners to enhance the customer experience for domestic and international money transfers.

You will contribute to customer discovery, product delivery, and continuous improvement while developing knowledge of remittance ecosystems, regulations, and payment technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience in Payments/FinTech is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile product teams is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand needs and pain points in the remittance journey.
• Analyse product metrics and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support competitive analysis and industry research on trends and expectations.
• Assist in defining product priorities, backlog, and roadmap initiatives.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Contribute to feature prioritisation balancing customer needs with ops and business objectives.
• Define success metrics for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Support through the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
