Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and regulate oven temperatures.
• Pull food from freezer to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure proper portions and presentation.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity; assist busy periods.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items and adhere to recipes and standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
