Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking: portion, chop, store.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow all company safety policies; report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Communicate clearly with team; support colleagues to reach goals.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
