Job summary

CoinPoker in Dubai is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games and series. You will assist with promotional activities, CRM campaigns and maintain configurations with precise QA and post-deployment checks.

You will learn tournament structures, payouts and templates while aiding issue investigation and documenting processes. Proficiency with spreadsheets and AI tools will help improve speed and quality.

• Complete QA, release validation and post-deployment checks
• Learn and support tournament configurations including structures, payouts, guarantees, templates and satellites
• Support operational requests and investigate or escalate issues when required
• Build working knowledge across PRM tools and processes
• Support new poker features, formats and promotional mechanics
• Keep operational documentation clear and current
• Use AI and other tools effectively to improve operational speed and quality

Requirements

• Strong understanding of online poker, including cash games and tournaments
• Genuine interest in poker and how an online poker room operates
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new software and internal systems
• Comfortable using AI and technology to solve problems and work efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in online poker, gaming, technology or another live operational environment
• Experience using operational or back-office systems
• Familiarity with poker concepts such as rake, liquidity, satellites, and tournament structures
• Experience supporting CRM, promotions, leaderboards or reward systems
• Experience with QA or testing digital products
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of cryptocurrency or crypto-based gaming platforms
