You will collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams, maintain documentation, and support the wider Casino Management team with day-to-day operations. A strong organizational mindset and proactive learning approach are essential.

• Previous experience in iGaming operations, support, content, CRM, or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
