Job summary

CoinPoker in Dubai is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games and series. You will assist with promotional activities, CRM campaigns and maintain configurations with precise QA and post-deployment checks.

You will learn tournament structures, payouts and templates while aiding issue investigation and documenting processes. Proficiency with spreadsheets and AI tools will help improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of online poker operations including tournaments and cash games.
• Clear written communication with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and new software.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games and series
• Support promotional activity including missions, Splash, leaderboards, tickets and CRM campaigns
• Maintain back-office and in-client configurations accurately and on time
• Complete QA, release validation and post-deployment checks
• Learn and support tournament configurations including structures, payouts, guarantees, templates and satellites
• Support operational requests and investigate or escalate issues when required
• Build working knowledge across PRM tools and processes
• Support new poker features, formats and promotional mechanics
• Keep operational documentation clear and current
• Use AI and other tools effectively to improve operational speed and quality
