Job summary

CoinPoker, a crypto-poker platform, is seeking a seasoned Ambassador Manager to be the day-to-day contact for ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners in Dubai. You will source opportunities, support onboarding, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will review partner content in real time, coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing and CRM teams, and mentor junior staff while tracking campaign activity and performance metrics to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of poker rules and community dynamics.
• Experience managing influencer/creator relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• High accuracy when auditing partner content and invoices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze campaign activity and audience engagement metrics.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners
• Source and evaluate new ambassador, streamer, and creator opportunities, supporting negotiation and onboarding
• Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms
• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences in collaboration with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams
• Coordinate with partners to brief and collect content assets required for campaigns
• Submit monthly partner performance reports and end-of-month invoice reviews
• Support partner renewals and new ambassador launches, and mentor Junior Ambassador Managers
• Monitor high-performing creator content and engagement trends across the industry
