Job summary

Omorfia Group, based at the Head Office in Dubai, seeks a Junior Performance Management Specialist to help implement and improve performance management processes across the organization.

You will work with employees and managers to support appraisal cycles, analyze key HR metrics, and assist in policy development and performance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in Performance Management or General HR.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS exposure is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.

We are looking for a Junior Performance Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Omorfia Group – Head Office, Dubai.

The role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our performance management processes, while working closely with employees and managers across the organization.
