PHRS Recruitment is seeking a Junior Mixologist for a luxury hospitality group in Dubai, UAE. You will craft high-quality cocktails while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending or mixology experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and a passion for luxury service. Relocation to Dubai and a fast-paced, multicultural environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bartending or Mixology, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, ingredients, and mixology techniques.
• Passion for cocktails, beverage innovation, and luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and consistency.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic, signature, and contemporary cocktails according to established recipes and luxury service standards.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, mixers, garnishes, and cocktail ingredients.
• Maintain bar mise en place and ensure equipment, glassware, and ingredients are ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate products following FIFO procedures.

About the Opportunity

As a Junior Mixologist, you will combine creativity, technical beverage knowledge, and exceptional guest service to prepare high-quality cocktails and memorable beverage experiences. Working within a luxury hospitality environment, you will support the creation and execution of signature drinks while continuing to develop your knowledge of mixology, spirits, ingredients, and modern beverage techniques.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming Virtual Recruitment Days on September 30 and October 1, 2026, meeting directly with the employer's Talent Acquisition team and Line Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic, signature, and contemporary cocktails according to established recipes and luxury service standards.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, mixers, garnishes, and cocktail ingredients.
• Apply appropriate mixology techniques while maintaining consistency, balance, and presentation in every beverage.
• Support senior team members in the preparation and execution of signature cocktails and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Ensure beverages are prepared with accuracy, creativity, and excellent presentation.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions, and other cocktail components as required.
• Maintain proper bar mise en place and ensure all equipment, glassware, and ingredients are ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO procedures, and ensure correct storage of beverages and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the bar area.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and all applicable food safety and company procedures.
• Support smooth bar operations during busy service periods and collaborate closely with the wider Food & Beverage team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bartending or Mixology, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium cocktail bar, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, ingredients, and fundamental mixology techniques.
• Genuine passion for cocktails, beverage innovation, and luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and consistency.
• Creativity and willingness to continue learning and developing advanced mixology skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with a confident and engaging personality.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge or training.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
