Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Hostess (Junior) for one of our nightlife venues. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, and introducing guests to the venue.

You will work evenings and weekends, maintaining high service standards, supporting events and VIP arrivals, and contributing to a warm, polished guest experience from day one. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hostess, Guest Relations, or similar in high-end venues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, warm, polished personality with guest-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and greet with a warm, professional manner
• Manage reservations, guest lists, walk-ins and seating efficiently
• Coordinate with Door Manager, management, and service team for smooth flow
• Escort guests to tables and provide venue introduction
• Maintain knowledge of reservations, availability and guest preferences
• Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism
• Monitor waiting area and communicate updates to guests
• Support atmosphere, presentation and service standards
• Assist with events, VIP arrivals, and private functions when required
