Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Junior Accountant – FP&A and Finance to join our UAE team. You will report to the Head of Finance and contribute to FP&A, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities in a dynamic, globally reputed consultancy.

Open to UAE Nationals, this role offers exposure to multiple finance functions, with opportunities to develop analytical and commercial finance skills in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Competenze

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting and FP&A concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Assist monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
• Analyse actual performance vs. budget/forecast and highlight trends.
• Prepare financial models and reports for decision-making.
• Maintain and update financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with operational departments for financial information.
