Job summary

Hire Resolve.com in the United Arab Emirates seeks experienced finance professionals across Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, and Financial Control to step into senior roles and progress toward finance leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, IFRS compliance, and provide insights to support strategic decisions, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with auditors and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership potential and readiness for senior or managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Performing financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance reviews
• Overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making with financial insights
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal control policies
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
• Improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and processes
• Mentoring, supervising, or managing junior finance team members
