Job summary

D24 Fintech Group in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and support the sales team in turning leads into lasting client relationships. You will help bring our fintech trading platforms to more brokers, exchanges, and asset managers in the region.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with basic CRM and MS Office skills, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage in the UAE market.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, FX brokers, or the capital markets industry.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of sales or administrative experience. We value drive and coachability as much as a long résumé.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation — Identify and reach new prospective clients through cold calling, targeted email outreach, and market research across the forex, crypto, and capital markets space.
• Sales Administration — Keep our CRM accurate and current, prepare sales reports, and maintain organized client records the wider team can rely on.
• Customer Support — Act as a responsive first point of contact for client questions, clearly explain our products, and help resolve issues before they need to be escalated.
• Collaboration — Partner closely with senior sales managers to hit shared revenue and call targets, learning directly from experienced closers in the industry.
