Job summary

InterContinental Dubai Festival City is seeking a Commis 1 for Anise – F&B Preparation. You will prepare mise-en-place, maintain hygiene, and support service in a luxury hotel environment in Dubai Festival City.

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares mise-en-place for day-to-day operation.
• Maintains a healthy and hygienic work area.
• Communicates politely to guests and internal customers.
• Supports team with mise-en-place and storage for pick ups.
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
• Cleans and re-sets the working area.
• Implements hotel and department regulations including health and safety.
