Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Commis 1 – Anise – F&B Preparation to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare mise-en-place and support service for day-to-day dining in a high-end hotel setting.

The role requires prior experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel, plus a Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts and strong communication skills. You will maintain hygiene, assist with food and beverage prep, and help uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares mise-en-place for day-to-day operation.
• Maintains a healthy and hygienic work area.
• Communicates politely to guests and internal customers.
• Supports team with mise-en-place and storage pickups.
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, materials and equipment.
• Cleans and resets working area.
• Adheres to hotel policies on health, safety, grooming, quality, hygiene.
