Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage business set-up projects from incorporation through licensing, immigration and bank account opening.
• Coordinate with UAE free zones and mainland authorities (e.g., DET, ADDED, DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC).
• Process and track immigration applications and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal procedures.

The Junior Corporate Consultant supports clients with company set-up licensing immigration banking compliance and corporate administration across UAE mainland and free zone jurisdictions. The role coordinates with government authorities free zones banks and service providers to ensure efficient business set-up execution regulatory compliance and smooth delivery of corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business set-up projects from incorporation through licensing immigration and bank account opening
• Coordinate with UAE free zones and mainland authorities including DET ADDED DMCC IFZA Meydan JAFZA DAFZA ADGM DIFC and others
• Process and track immigration applications permits and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Support corporate compliance processes including KYC and AML documentation
• Liaise with clients government authorities banks and external service providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of applications and filings
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements
