Job summary

Astruc & Co, a Dubai-based law firm, seeks a Junior Corporate Consultant to support company set-ups, licensing, immigration, and banking tasks across UAE jurisdictions. You will coordinate with authorities and service providers to ensure compliant, timely delivery of corporate services for local and international clients.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2 years UAE experience, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Legal or related.
• At least 2 years as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Professional, polite, resourceful, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Preferred: Compliance certifications (ICA, ACAMS) or CorporateSecretary experience.
• Experience with Foundations, SPVs, and Cell Companies (DIFC, ADGM, RAKICC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business set-up projects from incorporation through licensing, immigration, and bank account opening.
• Coordinate with UAE free zones and mainland authorities, including DET, ADDED, DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC, and others.
• Process and track immigration applications, permits, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Support corporate compliance processes, including KYC and AML documentation.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of applications and filings.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience as Corporate Secretary
