Job summary

ASTRUC & CO. in Dubai seeks a Junior Corporate Consultant to support clients with company set-up licensing, immigration, banking compliance and corporate administration across UAE mainland and free zones.

The role coordinates with government authorities, free zones, banks and service providers to ensure efficient business set-up execution, regulatory compliance and smooth delivery of corporate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage business set-up projects from incorporation through licensing, immigration and bank account opening.
• Coordinate with UAE free zones and mainland authorities (e.g., DET, ADDED, DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC).
• Process and track immigration applications and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal procedures.
