Job summary

GG Selection is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join its UAE team. You will generate and convert new opportunities, advise on company formation across ADGM, DIFC, Mainland and Free Zones, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years UAE sales experience, a proven track record in business development, and excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM, DIFC, Mainland, and UAE Free Zones.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Existing client or referral network in the UAE is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
