Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food; prepare mise-en-place for outlets as required.
• Follow Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings for guests.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.
• Maintain food safety and protection; ensure dating, proper storage and rotation of food.
• Take responsibility for looking after all hotel property and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training to improve departmental skills and hotel service levels.
• Maintain adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Adhere to all personal hygiene, grooming, fire safety and health and safety rules.
