Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking staff to support the Restaurant Kitchen, working with the restaurant chef to organize operations and maintain quality standards. You will help implement cuisine concepts, stay aligned with local suppliers, and adjust menus based on seasonal availability.

Maintaining food safety and sanitation, contributing to training, and fostering cross-department collaboration are key parts of the role in a luxury Dubai hotel environment.

• Organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area with the restaurant chef.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and profitable operation under hotel framework.
• Support development of restaurant cuisine concepts and standards.
• Be familiar with local market and suppliers; suggest menu changes as seasonality varies.
• Adhere to food preparation and presentation guidelines for quality offerings.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, dating, storage and rotation practices.
• Ensure outlet safety and assist in asset management of outlet property and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training to improve service levels and teamwork.
