Job summary

Telcovas Solutions & Services is seeking an energetic presales + support professional to help manage opportunities, prepare proposals for telecom operators, collaborate with technology partners, and support marketing initiatives. This hands-on entry role offers exposure to B2B technology sales in a growing company.

You will track deal progress, coordinate inputs from sales and technical teams, onboard partners, and ensure all documents and templates are in order for timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience; internships in sales, marketing, bid or project coordination are welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (SharePoint is a plus).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to work faster and better.
• Well organised and calm under deadlines, and follows tasks through to the end.
• Interest in telecom, AI or cybersecurity; we will teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Keep our opportunity tracker and proposal calendar up to date
• Plan proposal work and follow up with the sales team, technical experts and partners so inputs arrive on time
• Help find and onboard technology partners, and keep NDAs, product datasheets and price lists organised
• Format and assemble proposals in our company templates, and check nothing is missed before submission
• Track progress on customer projects, help in day to day coordination and prepare short status reports for top management
• Support marketing: website updates, social media, events and international trade shows
