Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Junior Architect to support design development and technical documentation for diverse projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team, contribute to 3D modelling and visualizations, and assist in coordinating with design and construction stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8 years of experience in architecture (UAE/GCC preferred), strong drafting skills in AutoCAD and Revit, and a passion for sustainable, high-quality design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 8 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in UAE or GCC region.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare drawings, specifications and presentations under the guidance of senior architects; assist in tender documents and design reviews.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and BIM.
• Coordinate between design and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly at the site level.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to meet requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, materials and technologies to contribute innovative ideas.
• Contribute to sustainable design strategies ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local regulations.
